Wedding Month Management

Wedding month management is the perfect option for couples who plan most of their wedding but need someone to facilitate their wedding day. We will coordinate all the details so you can relax and enjoy your big day!

This package is day of coordination and includes:

Communication via email or text beginning one month prior to the Wedding Day
Direction of a ceremony rehearsal (1 hour)
30 Day meeting + venue walkthrough
Up to 8 hours on-site for your wedding day ending at the grand exit
Creating a detailed wedding day timeline
Communicating with vendors to confirm logistics starting 4 weeks before the event
Coordinating pinning of boutonnières and ensuring VIPs receive flowers
Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors on the day of
Overseeing transitions and timeliness of the schedule
Directing the ceremony processional + recessional
Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the ceremony and reception
Setup of wedding accessories such as a guest book, place cards, favors, etc.
Access to my stocked emergency kit
Dealing with any surprises :)

Investment: $1200

Partial Planning

This package is month-of coordination and partial planning. This is more hands-on than just coordination. This includes everything from the previous package plus some vendor securement and design.

Other duties include:

Planning beginning at one year or less before the wedding date
Up to 8 hours on-site with one assistant for your wedding day, ending at the grand exit (some events will require more than one assistant)
Three planning meetings- meeting with vendors, design guidance, organization, etc. (up to client’s specific needs)
Constructing a venue layout and floor plan
Source and secure up to 4 vendors
Assistance with securing vendors of your choice
Mood board creation
Set up of specific design elements on the wedding day (does not include tear down)
Gathering of client’s sentimental items throughout the wedding including cake topper, champagne glasses, guest book, etc.
Point of contact starting 6 weeks before the wedding day

Full-Service Planning

This is the package to have a worry-free wedding planning experience! This package includes everything from the previous packages plus full design, decor styling, and the following

Ten hours on-site with one assistant (some events may need more than one assistant)
Assistance in venue selection and venue securement
Research applicable vendors on behalf of the client
Five planning meetings
Attend vendor meetings with you
Vendor contract assessment
Wedding website creation
Curation and guidance on all design elements
Execute all design styling per the couple’s requests on the day of the wedding
Source and secure all applicable vendors per couple’s instructions
Point of contact for all wedding-related business
Budget assistance and guidance
Minimal gathering of client’s personalized wedding decor post-event
Day of coordination until grand exit

Things to note:

Some events may require additional assistance, time on site, or other add-ons based on the event’s specific needs.
Events located over 50 miles from Ellisville, MS will require a travel and lodging fee (subject to Camille’s discretion)
